Located north of the city of Mérida, this house was designed as a contemporary proposal that responds to both the natural environment and the current lifestyle, prioritizing comfort, spaciousness, and a connection with nature.
Designed on a 641.69 m² plot, this two-story residence offers an experience of luxury and well-being.
On the ground floor are the living room, dining room, and kitchen, which connect through an interior garden. This architectural program is complemented by recreational and service spaces, such as a study, multipurpose room, maid’s quarters, storage rooms, a full bathroom, a large terrace with a swimming pool, and a covered garage for three cars.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with walk-in closets, three full bathrooms, a family room, and a terrace, ideal for enjoying nature.
The project strikes a balance between sobriety and freshness. The building’s volume is developed from solid, well-defined forms, with clean lines and imposing proportions that reinforce a sober and elegant architectural image. Its main facade, facing east, addresses sun protection and privacy considerations.
All openings face north and south, responding to Mérida’s climate and allowing for constant cross-ventilation thanks to the prevailing winds.
Inspired by Yucatecan architecture, the house incorporates materials from the region such as chukum, which brings freshness to the spaces, contributing to the thermal and spatial comfort of the project. In turn, it proposes spacious areas that range from the living room to the bedrooms, offering an extensive, bright and sophisticated living experience.

This 455.34 m² construction project has been designed not only to meet the user’s needs, but also to offer a unique living experience.
Its harmonious pathways and strategic layout create a fluid connection between spaces, inviting residents to disconnect from the urban pace and enjoy tranquility and nature.

Solasta 75 is in an excellent location in the Temozón Norte area, an area with great connection to the best universities, hospitals, shopping centers and the areas of greatest development in Mérida, yet it provides great privacy and connection with natural areas.
